This privacy policy sets out how Knight Learning uses and protects any information that you give Knight Learning when dealing with us in accordance with GDPR.

Knight Learning is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our services, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

• Personal details including name, contact email address, phone numbers, billing address and delivery address.
• For some qualifications, we will require date of birth, and National insurance number
• Payment status and information
• Results of courses completed
• other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
• Internal record keeping.
• For the general management of your training course
• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
• We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.

Controlling your personal information:
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information which may be relevant to you.

You may opt out of receiving promotional information by emailing us at training@knightlearning.co.uk

You may also ask us to delete (the right to be forgotten) your personal information. Please note this can only be done if there is no valid reason to continue to hold your information (for example if a payment is still outstanding, we would need to hold the information until payment is settled). If we delete your information, it will mean we are unable to offer any future customer service to you on your previous record, after the deletion.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 2018. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information please write to Knight Learning, 35 Ballards Lane, London, N3 1XW.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

How long will we keep Your Data?

We will only retain a record of your personal information for a period of time that is necessary to provide you a suitable service and for the sector that we operate.

As such we will hold information for a minimum term that a qualification is required to be renewed unless you advise us otherwise.

This is done in order to provide you with a high quality of service. We will always retain your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and never retain your information for longer than is necessary.
